At the time when "Tours to Ukraine", a division of "Ukraine Ventures Ltd." confirms your tour, you have entered into a contract under the following understandings, terms and conditions:

1. That you are in sufficiently good health to undertake the trip.
   That required medicines will be carried in your hand luggage at all times.
   That if you do not have your own Travel-Health Insurance, you will ask Terri's Travel International to provide information best suited to your needs.
   
   
2. A deposit of $250.00 per person is payable at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your deposit must be received within 7 days from the time of booking.
   
   
3. Tours To Ukraine, a division of Ukraine Ventures Ltd. will not be responsible or liable for any expenses as a result of missed airline flights and/or missed flight connections and/or rescheduled flights and/or late flights.
   
   
4. Tours To Ukraine, a division of Ukraine Ventures Ltd. retains the sole right:
   (a) to alter or cancel any part of a tour's itinerary; and
   (b) to cancel a tour in which event the full amount paid will be refunded.
   
   
5. Tours to Ukraine, a division of "Ukraine Ventures Ltd." shall not be liable or be held responsible directly or indirectly for delays, injury, loss (including death) or damage to any person or property occasioned by neglect or default of any person, company or association providing accommodations, transportation and other services.
   
   
6. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of October 1, 2006 and shall remain in effect until revised or revoked by "Tours to Ukraine, a division of "Ukraine Ventures Ltd."
